I want to stay close to both: what a company is trying to become and what its product actually does for someone. A convincing company story can hide a weak product. A useful product can still lack a business that knows where it is going.
My interest is in the connection. What are we learning from the product that should change the business? What are we assuming about the business that the product has yet to prove?
Being a builder means keeping those questions open, even after the first version works.

A thought about one product can become a useful question for a different company. An industry shift can make an old idea worth revisiting. I want a place for those connections, without having to turn every thought into a business immediately.
That is the kind of writing I want to do here: connect the things I am building with the things I am noticing, and leave room to change my mind.
